Here you go!! My simple 6 exercise for you guys to do any where you like.
Squad
Lunges
Crunches
Push-up
Mountain climb
Plank

Do this for 10reps and 3 sets each. For the plank go for 60sec or until fail then after that, you feel more energetic as ever before. Simple but effective. 😉👌🏻
